Revelex Tour Negotiator™ provides customers with direct access to Revelex’s hotel engine via Revelex Travel Negotiator™, and can be tailored to the individual agency’s needs. Unlike other applications, the self-service system integrates all types of hotel bookings whether they are by allocation, on the Global Distribution System or directly with the hotel.
Giving agencies the choice to search for hotels based on events, dates, or venue, Event Negotiator™ displays the hotels with full details and photos of the facilities on offer. The application boasts an intuitive interface providing information relevant to the individual client such as their corporate room rates, as well as the published rate.
When the traveler has requested a booking online, the system will check inventory in the database to verify the property has an allocation. If not it will book it directly with the CRS or through the agency's GDS. Once availability has been established, Event Negotiator™ will place the confirmed reservation into a database and send booking confirmation back to the traveler. The tool works in parallel with either a fully automated reservations system or a call center environment, giving the agency full information for the booking if an automatic confirmation is not available.
